Product Description:

The WJ69 remote I/O module can perform multiple functions. It allows for measurement of eight-channel encoder signals or a 16-channel independent counter or DI (digital input) state measurement.

The WJ69 remote I/O module allows for connection to a variety of signal inputs, including 8-channel encoder signal input or 16-channel independent counter that can be connected to dry contact and wet contact. For further information, please refer to the wiring diagram section.

The WJ69 remote I/O module offers two types of communication interfaces, including 1 standard RS-485 communication interface or 1 standard RS-232 communication interface. Users can specify their communication interface preference at the time of ordering and selecting.

The module supports two communication protocols, including the character protocol that is defined by the command set and the popular MODBUS RTU communication protocol. Moreover, the module can automatically recognize the communication protocol available, enabling network communication with various brands of PLC, RTU, or computer monitoring systems.

The WJ69 remote I/O module's data format is 10 bits, including 1 start bit, 8 data bits, and 1 stop bit, with no verification included.
